Arbitration

As referenced in the applicable Rapid Finance Business Loan and Security Agreement, Business Line of Credit Agreement, or Future Receivables Sales Agreement (collectively “Rapid Finance Agreement”), one of the below arbitration administrators may be selected in the event a Party elects arbitration to adjudicate any Claims:

• JAMS: https://www.jamsadr.com/
• New Era ADR: https://www.neweraadr.com/

The above list of arbitration administrators may be updated from time to time and was last updated on March 4, 2026.

All terms contained herein that are defined in the applicable Rapid Finance Agreement shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the applicable Rapid Finance Agreement.
